Our Story

What began as a small family business has now grown to include three very successful restaurants in Fairfield County. The Marchetti family opened Columbus Park Trattoria in Stamford in 1985, followed in 1994 by Osteria Applausi in Old Greenwich and Tarantino Restaurant in Westport. Columbus Park Trattoria has garnered many favorable reviews since its inception, and all because we have followed a few simple rules: our dishes must be made with simple and fresh ingredients, and all of our customers must be treated like family. This is the secret of our success, and the warm and welcoming Italian dining experience you can expect when you visit.
